These wigs are created with comfort, scalp sensitivity, and a natural appearance in mind.

Yes, we accept insurance for qualifying clients. Many insurance providers cover 80% to 100% of the cost of a cranial prosthesis.

If your insurance does not pay upfront, we provide a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all necessary medical coding and information required by your insurance company. You can submit this document to request reimbursement for your wig purchase.
In most cases, yes. Insurance companies typically require a prescription from your physician stating “cranial prosthesis” due to medical hair loss.
This depends on your individual policy. Most plans allow 1–2 cranial prostheses per year. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits.

Processing times vary based on the service selected:

    •    Ready-to-wear units: 3-7 business days

    •    Custom units: 14–28 business days
